These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on Nibucopenhagen.com for delivery to all countries.
Ordering and payment
Nibucopenhagen.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop on Nibucopenhagen.com you must be 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years of age, however, you can still purchase products if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.
You select the products you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”. You can right up to the time of order edit the contents of your shopping cart, and you can frequently check the content and price of the goods.
Any extra payments like shipping and payment charges will not be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on “Proceed to Checkout” where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and choose the delivery form.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the “Checkout”. After this, your order is handed to Nibucopenhagen.com.
Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation
When you order a product from us, you will receive a confirmation of our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is first concluded, once you have received an order confirmation from us.
90 day right of return
When you shop online and in Nibucopenhagen.com you normally have a 90 day right of return, where you can inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the product to us.
Some Products are excluded from this right, and it will appear in the ordering process.
Right of return applies from the day you received the goods. If the deadline expires on a holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve deadline is extended to the following business day. In case of multiple goods ordered in one order, but supplied individually, or a product that comes in several batches, the period from receipt of the last product or lot. You may after receipt only handle the goods in a way so that you can check the size, characteristics and the way they function.

When returning goods, you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. If you want to return a product, you can do so within 90 days after receipt. If you need to wear the clothes or boots to check whether the size fits, this is of course OK, but this should be done in a manner that does not damage the shoes or clothes. Please note we only accept return of products that are undamaged and which has undamaged packaging. If you wish to return the product, please use the enclosed return form, which you received with your order. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return freight.

Note! We do not accept packages sent to us without delivery.
Documentation of your purchase
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of your purchase.
When we receive the goods at Nibucopenhagen.com, we check it, and you get paid back the amount you have paid to us upon purchase.
The amount is always transferred to the same method of payment that you paid off with. Have you, for example, paid by card, the purchase amount will be reversed to the credit card you used for the purchase.
We can only return payments to the credit card that purchased the order.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because
- You have actually taken the product in use.
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You handled the goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the size, characteristics and the way they function.
Complaints – if there is something wrong with the product
Your purchase of covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack Rules. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviour. Please always contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you should have any questions to the product you have received.
You must contact us within “reasonable time”
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the error were discovered. You can complain by contacting us via e-mail email@example.com.
Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions and options. We always aim to find a solution that you are satisfied with.
By justified complaint, we will refund reasonable freight costs
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transportation including our shipping costs for returning the product after the investigation, and we may charge you an amount of up to 35 € for examination of the goods.
Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility for the package / goods until our reception. So keep postal receipt incl. information about freight charges and possible tracking number.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or without delivery.
Purchases of goods on http:// Nibucopenhagen.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the Danish courts.
