After purchase

Yes. However, we often ship the boots the same day that we receive your order, and can therefore not guarantee that we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at info@nibuboots.com as quicly as possible.
If we are not able to cancel your order prior to shipment, you can just refuse to accept the shipment. Thereafter the shipment will automatically be returned to Nibu and you will be contacted by a Service Representative within a couple of days to arrange for your refund.
If you want to return your goods after receiving the order, you always have 14 days to return your goods.
An e-mail with your confirmation details will be send to you, after the successful placement of an order.
Please note that the order confirmation may be caught in your spam filter.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, your order has not been completed.

As soon as your order is shipped (within 24 hours of order placement), you will receive an e-mail from Nibuboots.com.
In the e-mail your tracking details will appear.
Nibuboots.com aim to send your products on the same day we receive your order.
The transit time varies depending on what country you live in. However, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days from the day you place your order in countries within the European Union and 5-7 days if you live in the USA.
When you place your order your card will be authorized, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successful.
Payment will not be taken before we send your order. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken. If this is the case, you will not be able to place your order.

If you want to return an Product, you can do so within 60 days after receipt.
If you need to wear the boots to check whether the size fits, this is of course OK, but this should be done in a manner that do not damage the boot. Please note we only accept return of products that are undamaged and which has undamaged packaging.

If you wish to return the product please use the enclosed return form, which you received with your order. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return freight.
